About Your Daily Health

Who AreWe?

Your Daily Health co. is a dietetic and health business founded and led by an HCPC-registered Clinical Dietitian.

Our professional work includes clinical dietetics, dietetic and nutrition education, and professional materials for individuals and organisations.

Clinical dietetics, professional education and evidence-based health information are brought together to help people and organisations make better-informed health decisions.

The Case for Action

Despite increasing access to health information, significant gaps remain between people and appropriate dietetic support.

Awareness Gap

Many people do not know when they should see a dietitian or the role a registered dietitian plays in healthcare. Conditions such as diabetes, kidney disease, gastrointestinal disorders, cancer treatment and malnutrition often require dietetic input as part of multidisciplinary care.

Accessibility Gap

Knowing where to seek appropriate support is not always straightforward. Access pathways can be unclear, and many people only receive dietetic support once their condition has become more complex.

Affordability Gap

For many people, financial circumstances influence whether professional dietetic support is sought at the right time—or at all.

Your Daily Health was created to help address these gaps through clinical dietetics, professional education and evidence-based health information.

Clinical & Professional Foundation

Clinical dietetic care is associated with improved patient outcomes across a wide range of health conditions. Evidence shows that appropriate dietetic intervention can support better disease management, improved nutritional status, reduced complications, greater patient engagement and more effective use of healthcare resources.

Our work is evidence-based. We combine relevant professional evidence with clinical expertise, appropriate assessment and the circumstances in which support is provided.

We maintain our knowledge through continuing professional development and apply current professional and ethical standards to our work.

Our Values

Our values guide our decisions and professional relationships.

People and communities first

We consider people’s needs, circumstances and dignity.

Evidence and professional integrity

We use appropriate evidence, clinical reasoning and professional judgement. We communicate openly about evidence and professional boundaries.
